| John Warren founded Lyndol Development almost 20 years ago, following more than a decade of experience in single- and multi-family residential construction. The Company’s initial focus on build-to-suit light industrial and warehouse projects has expanded to encompass professional offices and retail complexes. Quality through Value Engineering is our goal. If we design a building, or simply manage the construction process, or both, our goal is to provide a superior product while avoiding expensive over-design. And, we call upon our years of experience to manage scheduling and costs to deliver projects on time and within budget. What we do, we do with the goal of making our customers’ best interests our priority, and creating value.
